Refund policy

Returning of items 

Customers are allowed to return items within 7 days starting from the day of purchase. We therefore urge customers to act on time in order to successfully exchange their items. Items can only be exchanged if they have defects, have been damaged by any chance or don't fit. In order to successfully exchange your item, kindly send an email to fashionflosssa@gmail.com or alternatively call us on 0820435860. After sending an email you will be sent the relevant physical address where you can successfully exchange your item. 

Refunds 

If you are somehow unhappy with our product kindly send us an email to fashionflosssa@gmail.com or call us on 0820435860. The product will be subject to an inspection or review to see if its eligible for a refund. If the refund is approved then the customer will be granted his or her refund. PLEASE NOTE A REFUND CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
